Refund Policy
Refund Policy
At Family Bloom Hub, we want you to feel confident when purchasing our digital guides, journals, and downloadable resources. Because our products are delivered digitally, this Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available and how to request one.
30-Day Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day refund period on eligible digital products.
If a purchased guide or journal does not help you, you may contact us within 30 days of purchase to request a refund.
Our aim is to keep the process simple and customer-friendly.
Eligible Products
Refund requests may apply to eligible digital products such as:
- PDF guides
- EPUB books
- Digital journals
- Downloadable parenting resources
- Digital bundles
Where a product has different refund terms, those terms will be clearly stated on the product page.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us through our Contact Us page or email our support team.
Please include:
- Your name
- Order number
- Email address used at checkout
- Product purchased
We may ask for basic order details so we can locate and verify the transaction.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card provider, or payment processor.
Once a refund has been issued by Family Bloom Hub, additional processing time may be required before the amount appears in your account.
Digital Access After a Refund
If a refund is issued, your licence to use the refunded digital product ends.
You should delete downloaded copies and stop using, sharing, printing, or distributing the refunded material.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, contact us as soon as possible.
Where we can verify the duplicate transaction, we may refund the duplicate purchase.
Technical Problems
If you cannot download a purchased file, receive a corrupted file, or experience another technical problem, please contact us before requesting a refund.
We will first make reasonable efforts to provide a working download or replacement file.
If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be provided where appropriate.
Bundles
Refunds for digital bundles are generally handled for the entire bundle purchase, unless otherwise stated.
If you purchase a bundle containing multiple books or resources, contact us with your order details and we will review the request according to this policy.
Refund Abuse
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, repeated abuse of the refund policy, unauthorised sharing, resale, or misuse of our digital products.
This does not affect any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to remove or restrict any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
Where local laws provide additional mandatory refund or cancellation rights, those rights will continue to apply.
